If your book arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and book immediately upon receipt
- Report within 24 hours of delivery

- We will arrange free pickup and full refund/replacement

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If requested product is unavailable, full refund will be processed
- Price difference (if any) will be adjusted
