We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days.
1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. The final payable amount (including shipping) is clearly shown before payment.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched after processing and quality check
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once shipped
- Order Confirmation: Confirmation email sent within 1 hour of placing order
4. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India, including:
- All 28 States and 8 Union Territories
- Metro cities and tier 2/3 towns
- Remote and rural areas (extended delivery time may apply)
PIN Code Serviceability
- PIN code serviceability is verified at checkout
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified before order placement
- For non-serviceable areas, please contact us for alternative arrangements
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote areas)
The shipping partner is assigned based on your location for optimal delivery speed.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking link sent via email and SMS after dispatch
- Track your order on our website or shipping partner's website
- Real-time updates on shipment status
- Estimated delivery date provided in tracking
7. Delivery Process
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Contact: Delivery person will call before delivery
- ID Verification: May be required for high-value orders
8. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails after 3 attempts:
- Package will be returned to our warehouse
- You will be notified via email/SMS
- Re-shipment charges may apply for COD orders
- Refund will be processed for prepaid orders
9. Damaged/Lost Shipments
- Damaged Package: Refuse delivery and report immediately. Take photos if possible.
- Lost Shipment: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us
- Compensation: Full refund or replacement for lost/damaged shipments
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available for orders up to âš5,000
- COD charges: âš0 (Free)
- Please keep exact change ready
- Digital payment at doorstep accepted (UPI, Cards)
11. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
12. Special Circumstances
Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- High order volume during sales
- Address verification issues
